Primary Server Failure

On the 19th of October 2008 at 01:49PM, our main server (server.jsthosting.com) experienced a failure and was inaccessible for 10 minutes. During the failure, our billing and support system was unavailable to customers. Customer websites were not affected. Our technical administrators were quickly notified of the problem by our monitoring systems, and all access was restored by 01:59PM.
