Change to phone system

As part of Jst Hosting's ongoing commitment to customers, we have recently changed our phone system so that your calls can be routed to the relevant department for your enquiry. This in turn means that your support queries will be answered more effectively, and that call-times will be reduced as calls will no longer require multiple escalations for you to talk to the correct department.
However, we have had a change of phone number due to the new phone system, and so the old number (0800 622 6352) will no longer be functional as of today. For all future phone calls, please ring 0800 242 5302. You will be prompted with a menu and will need to make the necessary selection to be forwarded to the correct department.
