I can't delete emails on my iPhone/iPad. What's going on?

You may find that you are unable to delete emails from your Jst Hosting IMAP accounts from an iPhone/iPad and when you try to delete a message you get the error "The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash."

To fix this, on your device, go to Settings, then Mail, Contacts and Calendars. Select the relevant account, then under "IMAP," tap "Account." Select "Advanced" at the bottom of the screen, then tap "Deleted Mailbox." Select the Trash folder on the server (beneath "Inbox").

Finally, to save the settings, tap the "Advanced" button in the top left (to go back to the Advanced Settings Screen), then tap "Account" at the top before tapping "Done." You should then be able to delete messages from your Jst Hosting email accounts as normal.
